Chris has over 10 years of public accounting experience and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2010. He joined the firm as a student in 2007 and became a partner in 2021.
Chris works closely with clients in the areas of assurance and advisory services to ensure their financial reporting is meeting the needs of their users in a professional and practical manner. Chris specializes in providing knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations (ASPNO) and International Reporting Standards (IFRS) across a variety of industries, including registered charities, construction groups and wholesale and retail distribution groups. Chris also works with clients on personal, corporate and excise tax matters, as well as improving internal reporting and control compliance.
Chris has volunteered with preparing personal income tax returns for low income seniors and other charitable causes. He has also volunteered his time by coaching and managing teenage baseball teams at a variety of levels with Oakville Little League and has provided assistance with various League tournaments. Chris spends his spare time playing guitar and training at the gym.
